Our verdict

Editorial score, not a customer rating

We may earn a commission when you buy through some links on this page. It never affects rankings or the all-in prices we show. How we make money

True all-in price (Unlimited or State Unlimited plan)
$59/yr
Renews every year until you cancel, so a 2-year license cycle costs $118 if you leave it on. Leaves out: sales tax, which we could not see because the site blocked our cart check.
3.6 / 5
A big, cheap unlimited library with CE Broker reporting, but the auto-renewal draws repeated billing complaints.
Best for
Nurses who want a large catalog and a state package for one yearly price, and who will set a reminder to cancel.
All-in price
$59/yr Unlimited or State Unlimited; $99/yr Unlimited Plus (APRN pharmacology); single courses $10 per credit hour (pricing page, Oct 29, 2026).
Watch out
Subscriptions renew annually until cancelled; unexpected renewal charges are the top public complaint.

1. Selection: catalog, state bundles, plans

From nursece4less.com, checked October 29, 2026

NurseCE4Less is owned by Level Education Group (South Jordan, UT), which also runs CE4Less and cnaZone. It sells online nursing CE three ways:

  • Unlimited Plan: 400+ courses, unlimited hours while active (pricing page).
  • State Unlimited: one-click enrollment in a set of courses the vendor says is guaranteed to meet your state's renewal requirements, plus the full library.
  • Unlimited Plus: adds 200+ hours of pharmacology for APRNs.
  • Single courses: pay per test at $10 per credit hour.

The pricing page says no test is required in most states; Florida and New York require completed tests.

2. Pricing (vendor pages and cart only)

What customers like and where there is room for improvement

Small public sample; read with care

We could not collect a large review sample for NurseCE4Less: there is no Trustpilot profile we could find, and BBB blocked our automated read today. The themes below come from the 18 PissedConsumer reviews (a complaint-focused site) and the BBB complaint count, so they lean negative and are not a representative satisfaction measure. Price or fee mentions are themes customers raise, not our pricing facts.

What customers like

  • Easy courses for renewal: PissedConsumer's summary says customers find courses easy and helpful for RN renewal when the service works.
  • Low yearly price for unlimited hours (vendor pricing; customers mention value).

Where there is room for improvement

  • Unexpected renewal charges: the most common complaint on PissedConsumer is an annual charge the customer did not expect (e.g. a $99 or $59 renewal).
  • Hard to reach a person: several reviewers say they could not talk to anyone (there is no phone line).
  • Access problems after paying: login or course access issues after renewal.
  • 52 BBB complaints in 3 years for the parent company (snapshot Oct 28, 2026).
