How many CE hours do Alaska RNs need?
Alaska uses a two-of-three continuing-competency rule. If you use the CE method, you need at least 30 contact hours (20 from listed accreditors such as ANCC). You must also complete one other method (professional activities or nursing employment) unless you use national certification in place of CE under the rule.
